Each row keeps the result, Vancouver timestamp, origin label, item, and saved screenshot together. Accepted rows say Verified at checkout. Other outcomes stay labeled exactly as recorded. The active verification sequence is one automated primary run followed, only when that primary does not retain an accepted record, by at most one user manual follow-up. The former automated system follow-up remains a historical label on older retained records. A separate user manual observation remains independently labeled as such.

Historical records stay historical
Older successful records are retained so readers can inspect the verification history. A historical success does not become a current verification merely because the code worked previously. Each record retains its original date, observed result, and stated limits.
The current-status page identifies the latest successful documented result separately from the historical archive. This separation prevents an older success from being presented as though it occurred today.
